The layout of the house is a typical villa from early 1900, around 80 squaremeter, with four rooms around the chimney in the middle, plus a verandah. The complete renovation includes insulation of the outer walls and floors, walls painted white, except for the office that has white panels on ceiling and walls, oak flooring in all rooms except the verandah and kitchen that has matching flooring in sustainable oak laminate. Bathroom and kitchen is completely renovated without losing the old charm from the early 1900. The feeling of the sea, blue sky and the sun is consistent throughout the apartment.

By the stairs on your way to the entrance of the house, you pass by the patio where the lilacs give away their wonderful scent in the first months of the summer. When you enter the bright verandah you are welcomed to a homely and functional living area in a marine style. From here in a nice south facing area, you can sit down, relax and watch the boats and the sea down by the dock.

The bedroom to the right gives you a wonderful light through two generous windows facing east/south. The room continues with the marine style and has a good amount of storage for clothes. This is the place to relax and sleep well.
